Process Engineer

Jawa Barat – Narogong

Responsibilities:

Research optimisation studies, new ideas, data analysis, and process experimentation
Design trials and tests
Observing deviations and investigating root cause
Carry out assessment – plan to improve
Optimisation to minimise overall cost
Communicate findings/issues with production and maintenance
To liaise with the management team and suppliers to carry out design/investigation work of processes or equipment to improve operational efficiency
Regularly review and improve operating procedures and practices
Support Technical Department team in achieving the department goal
Contribution to environmental responsiveness and ensuring monitoring systems are effective

Requirements:

Education :
- Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering.
Experience :
- 3 – 5 years’ work experience in continuous process preferably in cement
Computer literacy :
- computer literacy & reporting/ data analysis
Language :
- Good in English both oral or written
Other qualification / skills :
- Good understanding of the cement manufacturing process
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Investigative and problem solving skill.
- High level of computer literacy/data analysis.
- Preferably has CFD software skill
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Good in presentation and reporting skill

CIL Process Engineer

Cilacap (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

To provide professional chemical and process engineering support for the CC Plant, specifically (but not limited to) : Cement Grinding CC-2 and Kiln CC-1 (main responsibilities) and Cement Grinding CC-1 (Second line responsibilities)
To process adjustments as a result of deviations from ideal plant performance

Requirements:

Education :
- Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
Experience :
- Min 1 year experience in current position
- Minimum 3-5 year experience in relevant field
- Experience in heavy processing chemical industry with a focus on process and quality improvement is an advantage
Computer literacy :
- Computer knowledge (excel, word, power point)
Language :
- Good in English both oral or written
Other qualification / skills :
- Ability to challenge the ways things are done in an innovative way
- Ability to respect and evaluate new ideas inn a professional manner
- Ability to deal with a process improvement issues with a high degree of professionalism

Personal Assistant to HR Director

Responsibilities:

The main function of the assistant to HRD director is to provide assistance support to HRD director in managing and developing Holcim business in Indonesia throughout involving in many projects, providing valuable data analysis and working together with other directors and managers for a specific area of concerns. The focus is on monitoring improvement of concerns are in place to avoid delay and for sustainable reason. Implementing HRD director new ideas and ensure the ideas will be exist shortly and follow by good implementation. Assistant to HRD Director is expected to decide tools, methods and model of data analysis and simulation to come out with the required result

Requirements:

Education :
- Bachelor degree (S1) from all disciplines, Post Graduate in Human Resource Management would be an advantage.
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years in middle managerial level
Computer literacy :
- Computer literacy ; Office & Lotus Notes
Language :
- Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English( oral and written )
Other qualification / skills :
- Project management and implementation skill
- Excellent working speed
- Interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- Team building and people management (across departmental)
- Ability to perform multi-tasking assignment under time pressure
