Executive Secretary – Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties of highly responsible and confidential nature to top management.
- Performs secretarial and administrative assignment of Confident nature.
- Carried out all secretarial and administration duties, such as takeminutes of meeting, making telephone calls, arrange appointments, travel arrangement including hotel reservation and ticket, prepare cash advance, filling, prepare travel expense report, etc
- Compilation of monthly reports.
- Manage filing system in good order
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree from Secretarial with GPA above 3,0
- Female, maximum 30 years old
- Experienced as Executive Secretary minimum 3 years
- Representative and attractive
- High degree of proficiency in organizational operations and procedures
- A high level of tact and integrity due to the great frequency of seniorlevel internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, highly-initiative
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Proficient in English
- Excellent in MS Word, especially MS Excel & MS Power Point
Sr. Sparepart Planner – Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Perform all activities in Sparepart Planning function in order to support the achievement of the agreed level SLA and Inventory level.
- Provide plan in purchasing spare part in monthly basis so as to get theapproval from Superior.
- Identify the quantity of spare part to be purchased with the condition the
- spare part will not be produced by manufacturer (last time buy position).
- Monitor and follow up all the purchase spare part order to the localvendor in order to ensure the spare part come timely and the type match with the PO (Purchase Order).
- Provide preventive action for immediate spare part needs which are not in the spare part planning by doing normal buy, or rainbow project, or searching through other NS. Provide monthly report regarding spare plan to be submitted to Superior in order to support Superior decision making process and action plan.
Requirements
- Male, maximum 35 years old
- Experienced in handling sparepart warehouse and supply chain minimum 5 years in automotive/ electronc / hardware industry
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering with GPA 3,0 above
- Proficient in MS Excel, strong in data, forecasting and reporting
- Customer service oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Detail-oriented, good leadership skill
- Good problem-solving
- Good in English
Business Process Improvement Manager – Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Accountable for developing and implementing business process and procedures improvement
- Design and documents internal control processes and proceduresIdentify business process issues and recommend actionable plan and improvement of resolution and risk mitigation Monitor the implementation of business processes in conjunction with the new business process as the PIT outcome Liaise between internal accounting / finance areas, internal audit and management regarding business process improvement
Requirement
- Male/Female, preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3,0 and age maximum 35 years old
- Possessed skills including: SPC, Six Sigma, TQM, TPM, QCC, PDCA, and Balance Scorecard
- Minimum 5 years experiences in business process improvement, preferably from electronic / hardware company
- Strong business understanding, fast learner and proactive
- Dynamic, team spirited, and performance driven professional with goodblend of leaderships, analytical skills, and knowledge of Business Process Improvement and Management.
- Experienced in organizing and coordinating improvement projectactivities, including: problems diagnosis and identification, implementation of problem solving tools, performance benchmark and analysis, & improvement-results monitoring
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Experienced in delivering trainings and coaching to audiences from various backgrounds
- Possess good interpersonal & negotiation skills, also able tocommunicate & adapt with any kind of environments
- Good in English
