A. MT Remedial(CODE: RMTP)
Requirements:
- S1 – All Programs (Preferred Law), Min. GPA 2.75
- Men – Single, age max. 28 years
- Have good analytical skills
- Mastering the legal aspects of criminal, civil, collateral material and procedural law
- Able to communicate well
- Willing to be placed around the branches of BFI
Job Desc:
- Responsible for the management of collection / handling problem loans
- Coordinate and optimize the performance / potential of all team members are
- Conduct follow-up to the problems that occurred (including relations with government officials, lawyers, etc.)
- Analyze the performance of team leader and collector as well as provide training to motivate and make the work more effective and efficient
2. MT MARKETING (CODE: MMTP)
Requirements:

- Active, Dynamic, high motivated, creative and Inofatif
- Able to communicate well, possess enthusiasm and mature

- Market developments investigated or similar bussiness and future potential customer.
- Do marketing administration duties inculde analisys of survey.
- Intense communication.
3. MT OPERATIONAL (CODE: OMTP)
Requirements:
- S1 – Accounting / Financial Management, Min. GPA 2.75
- Male/Female – Single, age max. 27 years
- Have good analytical skills
- Active, Dynamic, high motivated, creative and Inofatif
- Having leadership and creative
- Willing to be placed around the branches PT.BFI Finance
Job Desc:
- Finance branch supervising(as operational costs, payments to BFI partner, & revenue installment payments).
- Managing work function and operations of employees (front office and back office).
- Save the asset of document & admin control.
- Implementation of computerized system company.
